The legal bases of the processing relating to the various purposes pursued are indicated in the specific information provided at the bottom of the data collection forms.

The processing carried out with the help of paper/computer tools with methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, does not involve the use of automated decision-making processes. Processing takes place by authorized subjects acting under the responsibility of the Data Controller and by subjects acting as Data Processors or autonomous Data Controllers. The data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.
